Q. What age does the 2017 season begin with?

2017 registration is open for children born in 2013 and older.

Q. How can I become a coach? Are there any requirements?

House League coaches are required to obtain a police clearance for which the club will reimburse each coach upon presentation of a receipt. Coaches need only be interested in working with players and creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere emphasizing skill development and sportsmanship. The Club has volunteers who will help you with ideas and skills, if you request it. Coach's clinics are available at a number of levels. Ask your convener or the Head Convener for more information. Coaches under the age of 18 MUST complete a coaches' clinic.

Q. How do I register for the upcoming season?

On-line is the best registration option. More information is on the home page. But we do offer In Person Registration in the fall, and winter check website for dates and times.

Q. When will I know what team my child has been assigned to?

The team's head coach will contact you 1 or 2 weeks before the season begins to introduce themselves and the team.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

The on-line registration options support Visa, MasterCard or Amex payments. Payments made by cheque are also accepted. In person registrations accept both cash and cheque.

Q. Will I get a full refund if I have to withraw?

Full refund will be granted before April 1st of the year in question. After April 1st, an administration fee (subject to change) of $30.00 will be deducted.

Q. What happens if my child is placed on a waitlist for his/her age division?

If registration becomes full, and you wish your child to be placed on a waitlist for their specific age division, you will be required to read and fill-out a registration form, sign the waiver on the registration, and leave payment (preferably by cheque) for the registration fee. You will NOT be placed on a waitlist without payment. Your cheque will not be cashed until you

Q. Does Stompers have age divisions for 18+?

Each year, we gather registrations from players interested in playing in this division. Response from players can be variable though. Therefore there will be a pre-registration option for players over 18. We will gather the registration information on-line and then notify players if the division become feasible.

Q. How do I become a referee?

All referees MUST complete a referee course through OSA and MUST maintain their registration EVERY year. For more information, go to www.refcentre.com to search for a course.

Q. How do I get a tax receipt?

Tax receipts will be issued through email.

Q. Is their financial assistance?

Financial assistance may be available for families on limited incomes. Application for these programs is made through the administration of the town in which you live.

Q. Who do I contact for competitive teams?

The website lists the coaches of each competitive team and their contact information. Please contact these coaches directly for the most accurate information.

Q. What equipment must I provide for my child to play soccer?

Your player will receive a soccer shirt, shorts and socks (included in registration fee) from their coach. Each player must come equipped with shin guards and soccer shoes. NO player is allowed on the field without the proper equipment.

Q. What do I do if I want to coach or volunteer for the LSSC?

LaSalle Stompers Soccer Club is always in need of individuals to assist in the many tasks and duties that are required to operate the soccer club before and during the soccer season. If you could spare some of your valuable time to help the LaSalle Stompers Soccer Club, we would greatly appreciate your help. The players, coaches, and other volunteers would also greatly appreciate your help. Whether it be for a couple of hours at a given time or a set amount of time each week, we could use your skills and talents. Q. LSSC Emergency FIRST AID phone number?
